Intra Tours offers your customers a range of special-interest religious tours on a group and individual tailor-made basis. Our itineraries cover the many sites in Turkey that hold important places in the early history of Christianity, such as the cities visited by St. Paul on his journeys, the Seven Churches of Revelations, Nicea, the house of the Virgin Mary and the church of St. Nicholas. We can also design multi-country itineraries: combining Turkey with Greece to include sites such as Patmos and Athens; combining with Syria which has many important Biblical and Christian sites, such as Aleppo, that are easily accessible through border crossings in Southeastern Turkey.
Our guides are all experienced and can offer a wealth of information on Turkey’s Biblical sites its Christian heritage and its vibrant modern-day Christian communities. Upon arrival we allocate groups and individual travelers a dedicated guide who accompanies the party until their departure. An important aspect of Christian heritage tours is making arrangements to celebrate mass at important Churches and religious sites; Intra is privileged to have the contacts to assist with these arrangements for our groups in advance of their trip.
